Mainly the culture and the supportive staff motivates me to work here.

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits provided by the organization is excellent but working hours are little awkward as need to work in nights for a particular division and there are less chances to switch between departments until they have a urgent requirement and necessary circumstance.

Not healthy work environment.

Dislikes

While work they demand lot of output from you but when it comes on recognition somehow your all work goes unseen. During my tenure I see lot of people leaving due to long work hours and poor recognition.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
