Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The work differs from designation to level of people who are New entrants. For new entrants: there is something new to learn and you have the freedom to do it at your will, but the right sprit is more important or else , you won’t reach where you have to reach in your career. What I like is the freedom and needs to utilised in right manner

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience?
