Maximum leaders miss used his position. All leaders are not careful about what they say. When as a leader, you express dissatisfaction with something, you may influence your team. Apart from that, management issue, salary not well structure, no flexibility, toxic work culture, no employees satisfaction events, no yearly bonus. Nothing is there.

I have been working here since last 7. months. The environment and staff of this company are very good. My colleagues and seniors are also very good. I am enjoying working here very much.
