It good for people working in data science

They talk in Tamil language even in scrum meetings. Scrum meetings twice a day is also waste of time. No documentation even for their best product dqlabs.ai so new team members find it difficult to understand the product because colleagues don't share product knowledge.

The company has both service and product side(DQLabs.ai). The CEO Raj Joseph is a passionate entrepreneur and its a good place to learn web developement, data engineering , data science and devops.

Dislikes

Its a Tamil based oraganization. If you dont know Tamil it might be a bit of hindrance.

I work as Data Science Engineer, providing architectural solutions and working on machine learning engineering for the product. I get to create my own modules and libraries to use to solve any problem.
