Lot of politics that will even impact ones career. I have seen Diversity being preferred over deserving candidates. Sales & Marketing team have seldom any ethics , capabilities - and they keep having internal 1:1's to please each other.

Somehow the company in India has mediocrity in leadership and manifests all the bad qualities of sycophancy and favoritism. Somehow, the people who work the least are also the longest to survive and grow. The Intel values are some of the best in the industry, but they are destroyed att every step in India and rest of SA.
