I worked with this company for almost 2 years. I was hired to work on a client site. Till the time I was working on client site, it was a wonderful experience both in terms of learning curve as well as work life balance. Project with this client lasted for 1 year after which I was asked to work in company's premises. I cant describe in words what was the level to which I was harrassed at their own location. Life became hell. Personal life was shattered. Married life was greatly impacted. Reason for this harrassment was salary. I was provided a handsome salary since they hired me to work on client site. Salary which they were paying to me and amount which they billed to client on my behalf was such a big number which is paid at director level and above in India. Their thought was its better to hire 3-4 temporary associates rather than having 1 senior resource. This company has a previous history of massive firing wherein they fired employees saying either relocate to other location or leave job immediately. Finally after 6 months of torture, I decided to gave up and resigned. The moment I informed my leader that I want to resign, he sounded very happy on call and immediately accepted my resignation without even checking whether I have any offer letter in hand or can I be helped out in any manner. With God's grace, i got a job with a leading company. Guys, its my advice to everyone who is reading this post. Never think of joining this company. They might provide you a very lucrative salary because they bill to clients and there is no surity on continuation of work with any specific client.There would be no job stability and satisfaction at all....Read More
