If you are lucky and you get foreigner manager then you have work life balance otherwise if you get some Indian manager then your personal life is finish,

Extremely political and toxic work culture . Expected to work on holidays and no appreciation at all . Layoffs are very common. IT head takes all credit and only plays with careers , if you don't join his dirty politics he will fire you HR is understanding but cant do much against toxic IT heads . Stay away from this place, specially in IT .
