Good for long periods stay and good for job safety nothing to loos job, good for leaning for freshers .

Dislikes

There is a management issue work distribution is not happening properly some of project head , career growth is slow and there is bond of 2 yr befor u can't resign.

It's like a government job with a lot of work pressure. They will not care about you. Work pressure purely base on the project deputed to you.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
