I didn't like working in INTAS.

Everything inside intas is dislikeable. From staff, HR, admin, Owner, Policies, Security, EHS. We used to walk below working crane in intas. Intas don't have space to seat not even in the canteen. We can't talk to our friends in intas, it was restricted. We can't eat our food at any time, company doesn't provide paid or free food after 2 PM in the canteen, Even though u have your tiffin you are not allowed to eat in canteen or anywhere, when you are stucked in some wok and you couldn't go for lunch before 2 PM. Officially it is 8 to 5 but they made you work till 7.30 PM and on saturday and sundays too....Read More

There's absolutely everything to dislike about the company. Trash work culture, trash work ethics, trash HRs and their policies. This is not a perspective problem. The spectrum of the problem is mighty and everyone working at Biopharma plant be it R&D or manufacturing does experience it nobody has the audacity to speak up.

Departments are well established and availability of utilities are full.

Dislikes

Company dont trust their employees at all, everything will be checked daily while entry and exit even lunch box also need to open in front of security person for checking, Terrible security policies, like submission of mobile phone (it will take 30-45 min daily for submission and return back). Daily 8.45 hrs working time and 6days a week working. Very bad work life balance.
