I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's developing organization where you can give her chance to develop everything in a proper manner.

Dislikes

It's seems like no one is actually ready to take ownership of tasks. If someone is taking no appreciation is there. And yes offcourse the wages structure of foundation is not motivating and encouraging enough to their employees.
