Good work environment and culture teammantes are supportive and management is transparent,there is ae huge cafeteria and gaming for chilling .company policies are good appraiasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonois every year

There are no politics ,salary is decent .there is no bond before which u can resign

Manager is only important person to take all decisions from approving leaves, bills, work. Every small thing need permission from manager and his blessings. Idirectly favouring favouritism.

I had a very good experience working with Pfizer during my entire service period. To name a few 1) Work culture at Pfizer was very good and senior officer's were very supportive and cooperative. 2) Pfizer treated all its employees not as employees but as a family (pfizerite family) 3) Pfizer welfare schemes for employees were great. e.g. a) Education scholarship for employees children b) Mediclaim policy for major illness for employees children and family. c) transportation facilities for employees. d) Canteen facility and health checkup annually for employees. Global company and brand name

Not good to work, abusive behaviour of global leader, they use compliance as tool to harass employees, all these compliance people have low IQ level, very difficult to work here, approval has been given to project vendor without before signing lease documents, compliance is silent because of person approved is a foreigner. Management should not fire anybody by listening one side of story.
