I like the work culture here just because they are good in environment as compared to another competitors in market who are dealing with insurance.

Dislikes

If I talk about dislikes if u are made for sales and u are freaking good for making incentives then this is not the one because it needs time to make and stable yourself for this organisation.

Only one thing is the. Company culture and environment is good rest all are not satisfies your comfort life.

Dislikes

No proper shift timings is there. Sometimes its 11-12 hrs also. Less payout or salary no growth is there, job is not secured. They were cancelled your break also if your number or sale was not done. They will destroy your life they didn't listen your excuses only they want number. Or if you are not performing or delivering the number they will fired you or send an email of non performing by the manager and they will fired you from the company without giving any chance.
