Recently they removed 70+ of employees all of sudden. In 1 year 2 layoffs. May be India company employee count is under 30 now. It was a good company when I joined. I felt like lucky to join in this company that too permanent WFH . But after stakeholder changing, they are removing lot of employees.

The culture, the people and the management is very employee friendly. Your voice is being heard by the management. Instem has many products, so there are good learning opportunities across the products. Also, you can opt for remote working which is a good thing. Everyone treats you with respect and you get to learn more as there arepeople across the globe working at Instem. Also, they provide LinkedIn learning to all the employees to upskill and keep themselves updated to whatever is currently going on in the industry. There can be more team engaging activities and outings, but due to covid most of the staff is working remotely so this experience is being missed.

Employee-oriented company, the company culture is very open and transparent. The policies, benefits, and flexibility/remote working options help the employees have a good work-life balance. HR/learning department organizes many events/training to help with soft skills. Overall a solid workplace to be at

Skill-based learning should be prioritized, if not promoted you can be stagnated within a role. They provide online learning platforms which are helpful to a limit. Employee skill recognition needs to be much better to avoid under-utilization. Business unit structure could be better in some departments

Cosy , caring and very supportive environment to work.
