There's nothing to like.

The employees are 20-22 year old boys and girls even those who are 25+ they act like school/college going people. There's no professional work environment. The employees have personal vendetta against each other and aren't very welcoming. They all doesn't have etiquettes how to talk. The office is situated in a horrible place infactit's a basement in a local colony. The basement is in a shady street. There's delay in salary. They give you salary after 15th of the month and only if you ask them. After begging I received my final salary after 50+ days. THEY SUCK AS A COMPANY....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
