I have worked in NETC Reconciliation. My product team was good, had a good co-ordination.

Management and Work Culture is worst at most. We can't handle work balance and life balance. If you have knowledge in technical and you are working in operations, they won't even consider you/move you to next level. They will ask to work on all days including holidays but we won't receive our salary on time. They will say if we workon holidays means will receive reimbursement fund.But still we haven't received our fund. Without updating you they will throw you out if we raise any questions. If you have interest in doing job but they will ask you to do only concern process alone. You can't learn anything new and you can't move on from same designation. Work balance and lo Iife balance 👎. Will lose one!. Worst!.
