I have worked in NETC Reconciliation. My product team was good, had a good co-ordination.

Dislikes

... are working in operations, they won't even consider you/move you to next level. They will ask to work on all days including holidays but we won't receive our salary on time. They will say if we work on holidays means will receive reimbursement fund.But still we haven't received our fund. Without updating you they will throw you out if we raise any questions. Lot's of internal politics. If we spoken to concern person regards something need, you will be get conner. Worst Management! Worst Team!.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is very slow. Increment always occurred in every 2 to 3 years. After increment also need to accept 1 year of bond.

You would get an hands on experience on the live data set of the core banking industry, you will be able to elevate the skills you possess if you are into the tech department. You can be the jack of all trades and master of one here.

Dislikes

Salary is the main issue here , even if you try to resign you will be liable to pay the increment amount of your recent salary. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t even care about it. Your managers won’t even care about the work you do and won’t let strech your back. 0% work life balance. Kindly do not look up for this company if you like to travel or have friends There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Company says that you will be having an extensive on the job training but the same is not true.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not given and yearly salary also not given.if one year completed and that person have good performance that person not get increment..

The most problem is expenses and salary are not given on that date..

Great for learning payment gateway modules like Merchant onboarding, Reconciliation, Settlement, Interchange, Accounting etc.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotion takes lot of time(years). Also salary not upto market standard
