The management is poor and unresponsive, leading to a lack of clear direction and support. There is no consideration for work-life balance, as employees are expected to work 10-11 hours per day without proper compensation or recognition. Additionally, there are no designated off days, making it extremely difficult to maintain any personal time.
The HR department is unhelpful and does not address employee concerns or resolve queries effectively. Overall, there are no tangible benefits to working here, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive work environment....Read More

There is nothing called yearly appraisal, once a person completes 2 yrs he/she has to keep following up with the boss for appraisal and increment
No process in place each team works as per their requirements
Senior Mgmt does not take any decision on time due to which the mid mgmt has to listen from the clients ,nothing is aligned as per customer requirement
