Non-Technical Pre-requisites:

• Hands-on Experience with MS Excel, Word and Power Point presentations.
• Logical Thinking, Professional Attitude & Ability to learn & grow.
• Able to travel / commute at ISG DC / Branch locations.
• Willing to work in Day & Night Shifts on rotational basis.
• Willing to work on Sat & Sun.
• Experience in working as Team.

Technical Skills:

• Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
• Skills in deploying Physical Server (IBM/ Lenovo/ Hitachi/ Dell, etc.) Mounting, hardware Installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on configuring Raid 1 10 & ability to perform Server L1 troubleshooting.
• Antivirus server/ client Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting
• Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops.
• The first level of support on desktop/laptops under warranty / AMC with third part vendor & vendor coordination for L1 & Spares support Installation and OS Support - Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation.
• Installation and Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other
• Patches of firmware (Hardware), OS and Software installation/ Configuration
• Desktops (Win 10) Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting
• Linux (Redhat/ Ubuntu/ CentOS) OS Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting
• Network LAN/ Devices Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting
• Assist Developers, Database and OPS team during planned and unplanned activities (24/7)
