Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Shift Time: Rotational Shift

Skills Required:

• Experience, knowledgeable and understanding of repair & Maintenance, Projects and Installation works, Management of technical & non-technical services, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms.

Job Responsibilities:

• He should be able to undertake duties within the electrical & non-electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, etc. independently & ensure Health & Safety at work place.
• Have understanding and competently work on a wide range of electrical systems including safely inspect, fault finding, testing, alteration, maintenance and repair, understanding of load capacity, etc.
• To have flexibility to work in extended working hours on need basis. Regular checking and cleaning of all electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Planning, scheduling and performing regular PM of all minor & major equipments & maintain its health records and observations if any.
• Hourly monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of DG, UPS, HVAC, other critical equipment and accessories and report any abnormalities to Admin team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of critical equipment such as Air-Conditioning System, Generator Set, Elevator and all Mechanical pumps installed in the managed property.
• Keep history cards updated for panels, pumps, and equipment.
• Rectify/replace fuse bulbs and light fixtures during daily rounds.
• Perform monthly firefighting equipment checks and maintain logs.
• Periodical checks of pantry equipments, restroom facilities, lighting, etc.
• Complete required checklists, reports, inventory and logbooks, submitting details to Admin team on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
