I have seen old review and found there is waste of time and effort to write but still as working in quality department of Kalol I also need to give my review 1. From last 1 years i found there is no leadership in our department because Hod in only interested to torture with help of ank@r bh@t. In our department we all feel that here are getting torture intensional like i will cut your increment, intentionally finding mistakes in your work and humiliated. If anyone are looking or getting call for interview kindly avoid because here when you join they will start politics and start changing your department and work profile everyone month because quality leadership don’t want you to perform well. 2. Mr Bhatt is now a days started dictating and start involving unnecessary in all the work but reality is if management will give him assignment in particularly in one segment then Alone with his capabilities he can’t work a single day because of his kaamchor personality . Till now department is working due to hardworking approach of junior level employees rather than AGM and hod level decision makers because they are not interested to give value addition and give employees to positive environment because they are very poor and looser personality inside. 3. Everyone know around the Vadodara that inoxcva is boycotted company from the employees side because top level management is like blood sucking and no system follow that is why people from very small company is getting hired without a proper interview because nobody is showing interest to work with unsecured mentality base mangers and management. 4. Finally we decided that we all need to find other company because if we work with this type of Agm and leadership then definitely we will get in depression mode because there is no any interested work to do whole day Mr chotu ( Bhatt) start braking like dog and torture us and HR department also know him very well hence no strong action against him meaning itself that if you want to leave that is your call. In notice period also 3 months and in this period your time spend like you are criminal and with very bad memory you leave inoxcva group. No hope from top level big management tycoon personality because they are only good in speaking on platforms rather than implementation of good culture with positive vibes. Finally decide to find new job leave this group and failure of management Highly not recommend for those who is looking for jobs kindly avoid this system...Read More

I feel quality department of kalol branch is one of the most worst department in kalol plant because HOD is help less because Mr Ank@@r bh@ AGM QA QC is dictating him and overrule hence entire culture is ruined. Finally we all are facing depression which leads to mental health issue. Local management is not capable to take any serious decision because they are poppet. If this situation will continue then definitely in 2-3 months company will face really bad reaction due to him only. I will tell you the specialty of that Junior Agm quality 1. He want all the units in kalol branch under him including welding, NDT, lab, unit -2 and ST TT shop and he will shout, ask their engineer for why work is not done and just creating nonsense rather than taking a single responsibility hence entire quality team is baseless 2. He is egoistic person if someone want to work independent but he goes to HOD quality and overrule him to take entire power final lone person need to do report 2-3 different boss result is entire failure of quality and system. 3. If any one from management ask anything like some data and work status then he don’t know & he start firing on junior level because he is not involving in single work just he is taking feedback from person finally he is just showing that he is leading the department but reality is he is taking 25 Lpa salary to make management fool. 4. now a days he is also interference in other department also ;want to show that he is also looking that department also to show in management. Now we all understand that local management will not capable to take any action because they are only busy in getting production done rather than throw him out. If possible top management of Mumbai should involve in this issue and also take feedback from all person those are working in quality department like QA, QC, Welding , NDT , Lab and say goodbye to him from company. Because due to him only nobody is sending their resume to company. Always management is worried about why employees are leaving more then 20% but reality is this problem so kindly take note on it otherwise we are just an employees and easily find job somewhere else....Read More

Nowadays in our quality department I feel it’s very difficult to work even single day due to poor leadership and bad work politics in unit-1. personally I think management is not focusing on Kalol plant. In unit 1 quality department senior level person is doing politics and scroll us very badly and treat like slave. I feel very hadfor inoxcva future because due to this company’s quality department will loose good employees soon due to egoistic, rudest, kaamchor &every time complaining person. Even after seeing lots of comments nobody took serious action against him. Evern management promoted him last year. Such a bad culture. I wish we should all leave this company soon and Mr. Egoistic manager of unit-1 will take entire responsibility to run the department rather than complain to HOD and creating nonsense everyday. Far away from city (travel time of single side is more than 1 hr 20 mins depending on where you live in the city), Very bad work culture, Salary doesn't get credited on time, No other benifits, Worst HR Department, Before joining the company even after receiving the offer letter if you ask for the Bus Route to decide where to searchfor Home, HR acts like you are asking for their kidneys and doesn't provide you the exact route just starting points are provided (and they expect you to find the route on your own), Leve policy are the worst, you can't club any type of leave with other leaves, sandwich policy is also applicable, PL has to applied for minimum of 3 days can't take a single leave in PL and CL can't be taken for more than 3 consecutive days, Worst IT Department (Using 10-12 year old PC & Laptops), They provide old PC & Laptops which gets hanged in every 5-10 minutes and expect employees to work efficiently....Read More

Management people are only belive in cost cutting hence I can see due to cost cutting overall cost of the manufacturing product is very high with third class quality level and we can’t say it’s cryogenic technology. On the another side procurement team say with pride that they have reduced the cost with the total failure of product.Day by day this type of nonsense are increasing with the help of management only. So nobody can do nothing just wait and watch and see that in some couple of years how company loose its market value with complaints. Overall experience as a employee don’t join here because there is no manufacturing base system to work to fabricate a product. Better to join small scale companies which will not ruin your mind and you will have better future. Company has build their own system which is very complex and due to lots of hurdle to follow and another side company poor operation and supply chain issues there are not possible to follow all the system. I personally think this company personally don’t want to grow and play politics and blaming and torture game to satisfy ego at upper level system.
