In unit 1 quality department senior level person is doing politics and scroll us very badly and treat like slave. I feel very hadfor inoxcva future because due to this company’s quality department will loose good employees soon due to egoistic, rudest, kaamchor &every time complaining person. Even after seeing lots of comments nobody took serious action against him. Evern management promoted him last year. Such a bad culture. I wish we should all leave this company soon and Mr. Egoistic manager of unit-1 will take entire responsibility to run the department rather than complain to HOD and creating nonsense everyday.
