Too much blame games and negative outlook towards employees. They feel even employees are replacesable just like the office furniture and would treat you like use and throw. There are a few dignitaries at the top who play politically correct role but sometimes even they are not spared. In a span of 1 year, you ll see your reporting change atleast 6-8 times About benefits - Cafeteria is a left over place from warehouse, no tissues, no free cookies or biscuits( there was no paid lunch during lockdown). Previously i’m working in innoviti last 2 Year but I don’t have job security. In last 1/2 years Company Remove Multiple Employees Due to costing .But I’m happy with working culture 😊
