There is nothing to like in inMorphis except few co-workers.

Dislikes

No Job Security, No value of your POV, No Appreciation. At the time of Appraisal they will count you your lows only and never guide to improve yourself. Dirty politics in the organization which ruins many hard working employees life or carrier. They will force you to put resignation once they found a better option than you. No work life balance and the main thing is there is no Job security.

This place has quite a young work culture. I share a good bond with my teammate. learning & growing are priorities here. Management also arranges case study training programs that help me to perform better in challenging projects.

I really enjoy the young work environment here. Coffee & tea breaks are great way to recharge. The higher management is approachable & helpful. The teamwork & small, big celebrations are a bonus.
