We have openings for the Technical Lead (ServiceNow HRSD) Role with Full-time for Mumbai Location Only.
Experience : 6+ Years.
Location : Mumbai (Local Candidates).
Hybrid Working Mode.
Notice Period : Immediate -Max 15Days.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Expertise & HRSD Implementation :
- Serve as the HRSD technical lead, leveraging minimum years of exp required) 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Lead and support full HRSD suite implementations, including OOTB features, custom processes, and integrations.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Case Management, Knowledge Management, Custom Forms, Workflows, and Integrations.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions to streamline HR life cycle events.
Project Leadership & Agile Delivery :
- Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects and workstreams, managing all phases from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Provide hands-on project management, ensuring all deliverables are met accurately and on time.
- Work closely with functional and technical consultants during requirement gathering and sprint design sessions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze and document HR Service Delivery operations.
- Develop implementation plans, including key milestones, scope finalization, and architecture definition.
- Manage project risks and proactively address issues to ensure smooth execution.
Solution Design & User Experience :
- Define and establish user journeys and create user stories for the design and configuration required.
- Oversee iterative HRSD configuration, engaging stakeholders for joint design sessions and feedback.
- Support system validation, transition planning, and production deployment readiness.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Professional Development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted HRSD advisor.
- Establish a reputation as an industry expert in HR Shared Services and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Mentor and guide team members in HRSD best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- (6+ minimum years of exp required) + 5years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with expertise in HRSD modules.
- Strong experience in HR shared services, HR service delivery, and HR process optimization.
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle HRSD suite implementations.
- Expertise in Case Management, Knowledge Management, Integrations, and Workflows.
- Experience with Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (HR life cycle events).
- Strong Agile methodology knowledge and ability to manage workstreams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and mitigate project risks.
Preferred Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS HRSD.
- Experience with HRSD integrations using APIs and third-party HR systems.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD roadmap enhancements.
