What Technical Lead does in InMorphis on day-to-day basis :
Technical Lead is responsible for architectural support of the Service Management product/tool suite. Rapidly develop application on the ServiceNow platform, applying innovative technical solutions to eliminate manual working.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including : Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration.
- Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.
- Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.
- Development of required client specific custom reporting.
- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.)
- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as Cloud Infrastructure to successfully set-up the SaaS platform.
- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
