Quite good work environment. The communication channel in my department is super smooth. I got to recruit some good profiles which has developed my skills a lot. Overall my experience is good here.

The HR team didn’t have any experienced HR folks from good educational institutions. It makes a lot of difference in the quality of day to day operations.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
