Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality Assurance & Control : Oversee and manage all quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards and
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases to validate ServiceNow
applications, ensuring full coverage of business requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests for ServiceNow instances, leveraging the Automated
Test Framework (ATF).
- Analyze test results, document defects, and verify fixes.
- Ensure comprehensive testing across the platform.
- Identify, track, and manage defects during the test cycles.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues, and verify that fixes meet quality standards.
- Leverage ATF (Automated Test Framework) to create and run automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Optimize automated tests for both functional and regression testing.
- Ensure proper testing processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining
consistent quality levels and minimizing risk.
- Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to
understand business requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure the test cases align with the overall project goals.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of test cases, execution results, and issues.
- Provide regular test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
- Track test progress and provide insights into testing progress.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the overall testing strategy for ServiceNow implementations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, managing time effectively, meeting deadlines, and collaborating virtually with teams across different locations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) with a focus on ServiceNow platforms.
- Proficiency in Test Execution, Test Case Creation, and the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for testing on ServiceNow.
- Strong experience in functional, regression, and system testing on ServiceNow instances.
- Strong experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF), including creating and executing
automated tests for ServiceNow applications.
- Hands-on experience with other testing tools and frameworks for ServiceNow, as well as
manual testing techniques, is desirable.
- Strong ability to analyze requirements and break them down into testable components.
- Effective problem-solving skills for identifying and diagnosing issues during testing, and
proposing effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and a systematic, organized approach to test planning, execution, and documentation.
- Ability to follow processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality across test cycles
