Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium with C# and Ranorex. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, test automation frameworks, and Windows application UI testing. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Planning & Design :

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation strategies based on project requirements and specifications.

Test Automation Development :

- Identify automation opportunities and develop test scripts using Selenium with C# and Ranorex to ensure high test coverage and reliability.

Windows Application Testing :

- Perform functional and UI testing for Windows tools and applications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Defect Management :

- Track and report defects, work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

CI/CD Integration :

- Implement and maintain automated tests in a CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and deployment.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and testing goals.

Quality Assurance :

- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium with C# and Ranorex.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Experience in creating test frameworks, test scripts, and test plans.

- Expertise in manual testing techniques along with test management and defect tracking tools.

- Ability to independently handle Windows application and UI testing.

- Strong programming skills in C#.

- Hands-on experience in automating Windows desktop applications using Ranorex.

- Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with additional test automation tools and frameworks.

- Exposure to cloud-based test automation solutions.

- Certification in Software Testing (ISTQB) or related areas is a plus.
