I did not like anything about INHS Asvini, especially i would like to complaint against the most insensitive, rude, ill mannered and discourteous naval commanding officer Jaychand Rai. My mother was in Asvini with my father for her 2nd vaccination. My father is ex Army officer after confirming with INHS my mother drove all the way from Malad and after reaching Jaichand rai insensitive person refuse to vaccinate them, after pleading he vaccinated my father not my mother by saying he is doing favor to her by vaccinating my father. Is Indian navy has JAICHAND kind of officer. We are in middle of pandemic instead of helping my parents this Jaichand was rude and ill mannered. People need help not your high headedness.
