Be gauged on all parameters for incentives No job security No parking not even for bikes ppl come at 7 to park 7 slots taken for 120 ppl pathetic campus

Too much of a flat structure with no focus on employee engagement and support required to do a job. Someone can raise their voice loudly in a meeting , even its not a true fact- leadership simply believe it and move on. People withheld information purposefully to get visibility at leadership level. Very tough for a new joiner, even experienced person.
