One thing good about here is the amount of exposure you will get.

Plenty of things to start with : First and foremost : be very careful about the business you are associated with, they have 2 sections , the traditional one is good and the other is just trash. There is no clear communication about scope and half of the time you won't even know what is your day to day activities.. they merely sugarcoat it saying it is very dynamic - well sir then it should not be so dynamic that if something happens then no one has any clue who is supporting what. Work life balance is good but you have to choose your preference whether sitting and not having any clue what you are doing or actually knowing what to do. Compensation is another thing , it is very dynamic :) : one year you will get good hike and the other you will not ( meaning if you join in the middle of year with default rating then good luck for next cycle).despite getting good rating your hike is almost negligible but wait once you say you want to leave the company then every thing can be arranged. To summarize they don't have any clear process to run , it is one thing to have a documentation but a totally different ball game to actually following process which 90 percent of organization are following.
