Never join Ingram Micro HR Team in any branches. It's politically driven . U will be harassed. People who say, ha ji ha ji to the HR director n worked with her before only can survive. All leads shake their head for what ever she say to survive n they are pathetic too.. it's mere micromanagement .better u work in smaller company and be peaceful . Hr department is horrible. Management till date has not taken any action against seniors nor analyzed why so many HR leave team and only her own people are surviving because head cooks such interesting stories . Hr Leads are good chameleons..infront of you they talk nice take update n backside update so called head who is interested to know what people are doing apart from their work. She least bothered n support you to do anything . They offer good salary to people but trust me you can't be peaceful. U will undergo mental trauma. Incentive structure designed to not let ppl make money (70:30) HR will rob you daylight by giving you hike on fixed salary and will promise you will achive 100% which will never happen Gross Margin, Top line, Product, Partner you will. Be gauged on all parameters for incentives No job security No parking not even for bikes ppl come at 7 to park 7 slots taken for 120 ppl pathetic campus

Too much of a flat structure with no focus on employee engagement and support required to do a job. Someone can raise their voice loudly in a meeting , even its not a true fact- leadership simply believe it and move on. People withheld information purposefully to get visibility at leadership level. Very tough for a new joiner, even experienced person.
