There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers. ASM was worse, he doesn’t respect anyone and doesn’t know how to talk with the sub-ordinates,even the RSM was same also , I joined infra.market in July in plywood vertical as senior sales executive just after joining i open a dealer in Mohali but the immediate boss was completely unethical.. I’d suggest you guys not to join this company..even my manager gives his own work to me I had to do his task and mine just after 2 month he said in MRM meet that I’m not doing my task properly even I was following his instructions everyday still he always scolds me for nothing…so I resigned from there now they’re saying we are not gonna give me my F&F , so I’m awaring everyone...Read More
