As per my working tenure promotions is slow and salary increments is average because major increment part are going in variable pay.

Company was good in older day, till now health insurance and after death insurance is a good decision by manegement.

Working culture is totally depends on politics if you have any God father at your senior than you can manage other wise you social and personal life will be hell, The more work is required here, the more involvement there should be in politics.One person reporting to two people *one HOD and second branch head*. If the tuning betweenHOD and branch head is good then it is fine otherwise you will never be able to justify your job, both the seniors will have such urgent requirements that you will not be able to understand whose work to do and whose to do first, here the verbal communication will be something and on mail it will be just opposite....Read More

ACCORDING TO BH & RM :- Every sales or good thing is happening, it is happening due to JAQUAR brand, and Every wrong doing is happening by you. Hectic schedule meshed up with lots of process to manage and pass the levels to secure a sell from lead generation to deliver the material to customer. lots of meetings and explanation required, Full day busy to follow rules and regulations & you didn't get personal space between 10 to 7 PM

Great company in India, HR and sales policies are very strong, unmatched product quality, availability and service. logistic team also work so hard to deliver material on time.

Dislikes

Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process
