Zero policies for employees. They don’t trust on employees. Please never join jaquar otherwise your personal and professional life will become hell. Full of politics. You have to fight for your own expense reimbursements. Horrible culture from management. Their sales President takes meetings just for reading your daily calls working. In each and every month they used to change their policies for employees. Your salary will be deducted without informing you. They’ll not tell you about any missing attendance. Zero HR policies. If you’re going to join in Lucknow branch, just trust me blindly, never join in Lucknow branch specially because their branch head is just nonsense, no leadership skill. He is just a puppet and do not have any power to support you. Their all work is full of manual works. There are no automatic approval system. you’ve to visit minimum 8 people per day and share their details at evening, and in review meeting, they’ll read between lines for creating trouble for you. They will tell you to meet- 2 Architects per day 2 builders per day 2 end customers per day 2 dealers per day And one review meeting at every 3rd day. You’ll not be able to give your time to your family, Branch head has no skill of team management. He has got the team of 28 people suddenly but not able to handle such a big team. Do not expect any support from BRANCH HEAD, he will not confident enough to handle any team. While Jaquar Group is a great company to work for, One major issue is that some seniors act as if they are the branch head , creating a toxic work environment, leadership isn't just about a title - it requires vision, management skills and the ability to support a team , but unfortunately, not everyone in a senior position possessesthese qualities. i honestly don't know what criteria the company follows for promotions, but at the very least ,there should be a valuation of whether a person actually had leadership abilities before making them a Head, giving the wrong person power results in harassment & negative work culture for those under them , since the company invests so much in growth & development , i strongly feel they should hire a psychologist to assess if someone is even mentally fir for a leadership role before putting them in a position where they can misuse there authority and ruin the work atmosphere. just because someone has experience doesn't mean they have the mindset to lead a team....Read More
