Great company in India, HR and sales policies are very strong, unmatched product quality, availability and service. logistic team also work so hard to deliver material on time.

Dislikes

Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process
