They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Poor salary hike and promotion. Terrible work life balance in some projects.

The most worst feeling, I’m facing in Infosys because of some office politics, I don’t know why they are doing this, but my Manager is like I don’t know what’s for that person of Patil and some office holidays. Nothing post lockdown, all facilities diminished to existence even now. All those culture and things vanished from Infosys completely now, now it's like just another some sense company

Work culture Over hours expectations No promotion hike to existing employees No facilities like heard from peers previously. Who cares attitude of management, HR and Company overall.

Salary, Hike criteria and work assignments, they will not assign work for freshers based on their skills, due to their decisions its ruined most of the freshers career and they will struggle to move next company or level.

Heavily dependent on who and how your manager is, they can make or break your career. They would support you if they are nice people else they won't lift a finger. Employees are always addressed as 'resources'

The company blindly follows what client says, they do not consider the employee validations.Rude leadership and they use client appreciation to evaluate the performance of an individual no proper transition is given to new joinee and we are not expected to make any errors,no support from leadership for new hires.no work life balance.

Life will be smoother here if it’s client facing project roles, on the contrary, life will be miserable if you need to face senior management who’ll be seated idle in the company for decades without any job movement. I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position. Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.

Worst place for freshers to join, as there is no room to learn or grow in what you are interested. But if you are are yes sir/mam and always there to please people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.
