Dislikes

Inequality in salary for same designation. Those who stick with company can expect an average salary hike of 3 to 4% only. Very low onsite salary. Your growth depends on the unit you belongs.

The most worst feeling, I’m facing in Infosys because of some office politics, I don’t know why they are doing this, but my Manager is like I don’t know what’s for that person of Patil and some office holidays. Salary, Hike criteria and work assignments, they will not assign work for freshers based on their skills, due to their decisions its ruined most of the freshers career and they will struggle to move next company or level.

in some departments or project, find very difficulties to maintain work life balance due to project work policy. we need to maintain min. working our in ODC even we don't have work or need to collaboration in work, even when some emergencies except medical. but it is only in some cases overall it is good.

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.
