Big campus, Nice atmosphere inside office.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Salary are less, zero hike after 18 months of service, the work culture depends project to project. But overall on an average culture is nonsense in BPM. Don't take job in BPM unless you are jobless. Infosys limited have more perks than Infosys BPM. Choose wisely

Infosys company is good but the project manager is not so good just because he has zero knowledge of this project and he directly appointed as a manager he even don't know what to do.our office timing is 12.30pm to 9.30 pm but just because of manager we are going 10.30 or may be 11 that's the main issue

The work life balance is great with nearly no corporate politics. The work environment is cooperative, employee friendly and management is greatly supportive until business outcome is not impacted. Working hours are great along with other things.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal is very slow, nearly negligible. After working 3 to 4 years you might get on average 1 promotion/appraisal. The incentives are low, hike, other benefits like performance based meal voucher, any vouchers or discounts code are not there in my project. If you are interested in getting hike or increment frequently then Infosys might not be top choice but it is top choice for being settled in one place....Read More
