Here also i would be honest that recently there is a behavioural change in hr in hindi we call it ghamand. Self ego that she is always right . The learning curve has slowed down and basement of a building i mean really basement ? Management if wants to grow change the management way and hr and atleast do some appraisals.

I would recommend to start his/her career here, very nice work station for a Fresher or an experienced person to learn on multiple technology, even for Freshers they have bond but they also can give double hike after your bond and based on your learning skill, dedication and interest.

The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

The Admin is arrogant. The behaviour of the HR is not good at all. I dont know why after so many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

These are not dislikes but I want to improve. Cannot speak in public in townhall because someof your Managers are 3rd Class. Please enable direct connect with you for any employee. Also upgrade 1 problem per month this should boost moral. Please ask Admin to reply in human behaviour,not in arrogant. Make the promotions smooth. Manager is King. The atmosphere is relaxing. No hard targets. no actions if we dont meet target. Incentives per deal and in cash. Amazing atmosphere. Really good company. Unlimited paid leaves. We get to keep laptops in office to avoid work from home after working hours.

Incentives 1% could be higher as compared to industry minimum 5%. Incentives and variables could have been different. 1year long promotions. We need regions. People are working in a single region only.
