Here also i would be honest that recently there is a behavioural change in hr in hindi we call it ghamand. Self ego that she is always right . The learning curve has slowed down and basement of a building i mean really basement ? Management if wants to grow change the management way and hr and atleast do some appraisals.

Good Team and AVP. AVP is the backbone of the entire company. Good collaboration with tech team and everyteam is supportive except sales team. Best company to learn and used to be earn company, but due to low sales, our appraisals are low.Management was used to be active but now a days it feels people of old age running the company.

Small place to sit and no ventilation. Water Quality poor and no management listen. Admin has amazing arrogant attitude. Rich than us he pretends. Always asking money. The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

The Admin is arrogant. The behaviour of the HR is not good at all. I dont know why after so many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

Extreme limited leaves, unlike Sales team. If you share same the same lastname with the Sales Manager then its unlimited ultra pro max paid leaves, even director cannot do anything.Limited appraisal. Sales team says our team if they dont do more than 50% appraisal then they will all resign and join other company, as all of them justwant to complete only 1 year. Management cannot feel this , as the more you help company to grow the company will punish you more with more work and less appraisal. One of my friends from my MBA college recently got me aware of the falling rating and the kind of reviews that have been posted in the last couple of months.
