I have been into the system and a part of the management for almost 2years 11 months. Incredible Learning atmosphere for people who want to learn. If there is will they will develop skill. The director is visionary and Salary Appraisal is Great :-) The salary is on time. I also had priviledge to work with CFO - Amazing and friendly Personality with support culture.

Dislikes

There are no negatives. If you want to learn and earn.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

The Admin is arrogant. The behaviour of the HR is not good at all. I dont know why after so many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

Recently there were townhall session and Director promised to solve the problems. The management wants to improve the overall situation. Thank you sir. The latest party was amazing. Please make RnR session monthly. Visit us in basement and thats all we want.

These are not dislikes but I want to improve. Cannot speak in public in townhall because someof your Managers are 3rd Class. Please enable direct connect with you for any employee. Also upgrade 1 problem per month this should boost moral. Please ask Admin to reply in human behaviour,not in arrogant. Make the promotions smooth. Open your ears and see which employee is contributing more rather than as an usual feedback from your managers. Because i heard from other dept also Managers take credits. Here is one suggestion, somebody spending with you more than a decade doesnet mean he is certified manager. Also ask sonu not to cheat us on money. Rest you are good and please take it as positive. The only thing inam giving 5 stars because director is good and promising. The director has vission but looks like the managers are not given downloads.

Dislikes

Early morning Internet sucks and entire organization gets affected and nobody takes action. Asking they say to use other networks by asking permission from Uncle and aunty. Like teally you want to make us take permission to use office internet. The last person leaving the organization should not be the employee but the Managers. Interview is easy . Huge jump of salary. Salary is exceptionally high. Flexible timings and unlimited leaves.

Lots of false promises. Manager assigned a Class Monitor,Monitor does not have his pipeline and backbites about us with the manager.Class Monitor gives his demo good but bad for others. POCs fail because of non coperation and always blames sales team.No matter how many demos you fix, demo has to be bad. Nothing is good here, not even god can find good things here, your physical and internal health will affect with in a month by joining this company due to unhygienic work place and poor water quality. They only do fake promises and post fake reviews , so don't trust on their ratings and their good reviews. High work pressure and micromanagement, with no benefits plan for employees. HR manager is terrible, fake, arrogant, useless, lack of ethics in communication. Managers are decade employees, who lacks the necessary skills. The interview process and flexible office login timings. You can enter after 12 pm or somedays after 1pm. There is no time tracker.

Dislikes

Managers are not so experienced , 24 7 they are into saving their as* from being questioned. No quality development only msintainence and patching with end hour task specially friday. Maximum people tells hr is bad but in my opinion she has been asked to convey to people but managers only do not able to full fill it. Washroom smells alot. Office canteen is not hygiene.

You will learn about new skills. The salary appraisals happens but not upto industry.You can easily crack interviews.Good Organisation for freshers only with low salary.

Dislikes

There is no training, you have to sef learn. It is a startup company. Need someinfrastructure improvement in basement specially water quality and open air quality.Mosquitoes every where. Time discipline is not there. You have to work after office also and sometimes Saturdays too.

Incentives are not paid full and in time Workholic atmosphere,not prefferd. HR to add more people add false promises always No proper management Zero level infrastructure suffocating No office foods or snacks Fake promises while joining.
