The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

The Admin is arrogant. The behaviour of the HR is not good at all. I dont know why after so many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. These are not dislikes but I want to improve. Cannot speak in public in townhall because someof your Managers are 3rd Class. Please enable direct connect with you for any employee. Also upgrade 1 problem per month this should boost moral. Please ask Admin to reply in human behaviour,not in arrogant. Make the promotions smooth. Open your ears and see which employee is contributing more rather than as an usual feedback from your managers. Because i heard from other dept also Managers take credits.
