First of all is salary 11k is being deducted from salary for cabs and meals you can't even say no to this because it is mandatory and they will deduct from salary. And you can get fired any time. And it is target based so if you don't meet the target you'll get fired

Join this company to get insulted n fired. Get bullied, harassed, n insulted by founders or managers. Girls be aware of ur managers. Employees r like tissues - use n throw. Job security is zero. Zero training or development. My advice is to avoid dis organisation. Founders have a group of informers as he is more interested in gossiprather than performance or growth. Admin is busy striking a deal with vendors while the accounts head is always on personal calls. HR is mere a puppet or informer to management n VP. No HR knowledge especially Noida n Mumbai HR.
