Every manager here trying to save his job. In this race they trying to show their works by means of unnecessarily pressurized their team members.Management only take of managers. No one listen to employees.

Dislikes

No growth for new employees they kicked you out after using you. Only old employees matters. No one listen to your opinion how much you are right at your point. Deliberately compel you to stay after office timing.

Could ask for a few hours off from work in case of emergencies but had to cover up that time later on.

Poor Management, The work does not define the Job role at all. Upper management took all the credits. Usually was working 2+ hours more than the normal working hours. Was regularly working on 1 Sunday every month.

The behavior of the top management is really very good. Polite discussion everytime and there is no place for shouting kind of activities. Four time free meal (From morning breakfast to dinner) is another thing I like most. The thing disappointed me, I experienced in past, I have to wait for long time ( 1.5 year) to get your designation on paper and salary increment according to your job role. Shift timing is long, No cafeteria, No team outings, No long term job security, Sometimes Religion and Caste are associated with work that is not good...
