There’s alot I could say here The policy in this organisation is inconsistent. in my department it is mandatory to work from office but other teams and managers freely choose to work from home whenever they want. Managers are quick to email or message you about arriving and leaving the office on time . But they themselves come and go as they please As for appraisals, it’s nothing short of a joke. HR and managers will pressure you to fill out and update your goals. But when appraisal time comes, they completely disregard your KRAs and evaluate you based on unrelated factors. Excellent company to start and build your career, very structured and process oriented. You will learn good sales and relationship management, they give good amount of time to learn and grow. Management and managers are communicative to correct and guide you get your best out and keep you motivated.

What ever I said in likes session has turned tables now with the management change, it feels like talking to a wall about your work update and no proper guidance to groom you. No constant feedback from mangers to correct and groom.
