1) Client oriented 2) Doesn't give two shits about employee. 3) No growth, appraisal not upto mark. 4) If your manager/TL is sane/human then only you can survive or else your main focus will be survival from politics rather than personal growth.

So many things to write. 1) You may get job quite easily but one must be really aware of it's role and responsibilities. 2) The company accepts so many accounts outsourcing offer. But they always forget to analyze the business nature and the owners or people in it. 3) If you are bad and are removed then it's OK but if the client isbad like you can imagine in worst possible way. No matter what you do. Justice ain't coming you way. 4) You will be mostly depoted as accounts Executive at client place. But if your immediate senior or manager is really bad at sharing knowledge or experience and if the client is not so cooperative then your career is doomed. You will remain as normal accounts guy. 5) They are good if you really need a job or are planning to start yours practical job file. But mind it you will be taken for granted if the client where you placed is not proper. All they care is the money coming from the client. I did complain with the support of my colleagues but all I got was just wait for justice which never came. The client which I was placed was horrible. Made me work on Sundays, after reaching home on working days. Plus when it was informed to my office guys still that did not stopped. When my limit was crossed they told you should not behave with anyone as you wish. You will never get any job and personal life balance. If you are lucky enough to get awesome client with awesome senior then only your life is there. For my surprise their one person told me that if you want we will shift you to another client but there is no assurance of that whether they will behave in good manner. I mean like boss are you ok??? Do you just accept contracts for sake of money. If we behave rudely and client complaints will you say control sir it happens. Better never to go over here to work.
