Learning opportunities as the project comes you are the manager so you face challenges but you learn a lot.

Dislikes

The company is pathetic for employees no benefits means no benefits. The worst is your FNF settlement happens in 6 months or indefinite time. Salary never comes in time and the managers have habit of blaming the team. The managers are offline for whole day and provide changes in evening and you are expected to finish in EOD time. It's humanly impossible to work in infiniti the dislikes are infinite and best of all they really don't care. The board and managers are cashing profit. They have no worries. What I appreciate here the most is the work I am assigned. It is challenging but engaging and serves my professional requirements. At a personal level, it satisfies my hunger for something that keeps me engaged. I am assigned new tasks every now and then. This is the best way to make my experience great.

As much as I've observed, most managers are approachable except for some. There is nothing else that I dislike.

everything is negative here, the toxic environment, demotivating all the time, meetings are just held to scold you, and demean your work and if you say something they will terminate you, dictatorship is what this company has.
