First of all, this review is a genuine one as I have worked for a month in this company so I will tell you about every ebbs and flows of this company. 1. If you are a fan of tragic Bollywood romance, then this company is the best one. 2. The colleagues are very friendly and helpful. They will be so determined to solve your problems that they will spend hours to address the issues. 3. Dislikes

This is one I am excited for: 1. Like I have mentioned in the first point of likes, there is a tragic romance between boss and one and only female candidate. 2. You will find boss boasting about his company claiming it to be a reputed one but when you ask the watchman the company name, they will be in confusion ( like what the hell are you asking? ) What an irony!!! 3. Timings are very hectic (and absurd too) which is from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. It is very difficult to commute for someone who stays at the suburbs (particulary north of Vasai) 4. You will not be appreciated for your work by boss as he keeps on placing weird ideas to the table and the deadline will always be very steep as he claims that others can do it even faster. 5. This is a little secretive information but for the betterment of others I have to reveal because I don't want others to be mislead like me : Developer (Frontend or backend) salary: Intern - Rs 4,000 per month and Full time employee - Rs 5,000 per month Peon salary: Rs 13,000 per month. Rest I leave it to you all. 6. Office room is also very small (hardly the size of a hall room) 7. The behaviour and relation with clients is very rude and unethical. I assume that ( I am not that sure) in last 3 months, we hardly finished any deal. 8. My laptop had been damaged due to heavy crowd in trains and he assured for a reimbursement along with salary and guess what he didn't pay me. 9. The boss and female candidate will always back bite about your flaws. 10. The above 9 points is enough to explain the level of exploitation we had to suffer The reason I had joined the company was to learn and enhance my skills for a better future and thrive for a better company as I was slogging since 6 months to search for a job but things went downhill after that. My dreams and expectations started to bury underground. Bottomline: There are many companies out there who will provide something even better just keep trying for it as Rome wasn't built in a day and have faith and believe in what you are because you are the best and unique....Read More
