First should be change mindshet of channel Partners like Tata AIA. These guys are dominating our indusind employees. These guys are behaviour like CEOs. Treat like Agents of our employees. as per labour law rules don't working in holidays. But in this bank holidays also worked.strictly implement this.

Bank is with easy targets and we can achieve them easily but the middle man (cluster head and regional heads) shows some caste feeling and do internal politics,if you enquire about CH here ,,a lot of people has been upsconded because of him not about targets and all. And he got lot show cause notices with him but HR don't do any thing because hr do what he say exactly.hahaha,,

Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

There is no job security in Synergy department (Vehicle Loan) in IndusInd Bank, branch people are not supportive in providing leads, management led by RSM Mr Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr Smarajit Bhar is extremely toxic as they will continuously pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation if anyone does not achieve the sales target every month and the sales target provided by the management is beyond expectations, the practices followed inside is extremely faulty. I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.

Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.
