Worst. Attendance not regularise if you're not eligible for incentive. Except 2nd Saturday all days are working including month end Sunday and some government holidays also. Harsh words used by SM. Bank policy is tough. You need survival skill to work in this organisation

This Bank has the worst culture. I have ever seen in my 10 years of career. As you all may know, banking employees have second and fourth Saturday of But this particular bank, they have old four Saturdays and Sundays working Not this they also disturb you on rest of the Saturdays and fun days and ask you to work Seniors have no sense of talking The way of talking is crap, they use abusive language Bring in your family and talk shit about them as well Taking even a single holiday is a huge task, which you will be abused for And if you do not join the Bank on Saturday and Sunday, they send you disciplinary mail So thank yourself, if you want to join such a bank They have a morning call and an evening call The evening you will start around 8 o'clock and go by 9 o'clock in evening So you're working from nine in the morning to 9 till evening You are just working like a labour, I would say a labour class person is having better work life balance than the IndusInd Bank employees...Read More

Focus on branch management, like gave proper branch staff, equipment ( passbook printer, sitting chair, good connection of internet etc) .

Dislikes

Branch far from market, account opening distance criteria like 500 mts only, some minor approval also take from ZH, account close approval also taken from ZH. Without branch staff or customer consent high value debit card dispatch etc.

While hiring they will give you nice package. You will be exited.

After joining you will not get time to learn the process of the bank. Because they will tell upfront that you have not been hired for providing services to the customer. After completion of 3 months you will start listening that "if you can't then leave the company we can hire 2 more people in your salary". Senior managers are leastbother about your efforts because they want only result. Requesting everyone think 10 times before joining this company. Managers threatening saying " If Life Insurance will not happen today then you will see hell in your life today and go wherever you can complain against me I am least bother" There are lot of things to say but I can not explain everything in this. You will learn to fight here ,and will know how to raise your voice . You will also learn how to insult and humilate others.

Biggest dislike is vc from 9 to 12 then midday vc 2-4 for hour then 5-7 in evening. People don't work here but always discuss to do work. Even the management knows everything but still going like this. Service is terrible.ex a pvt ltd ca holder has applied 12 times for debit card in last 2 years but bank is unable to issue him debit card due to banks technical issue.

Toxic Culture, system errors for employees and customers both for access ,no resolution of customers problem, definitely customer will not satisfied with services...our relationship with customer also hamper very badly , very badly politics by upper senior reporting.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.
